At Resolve Sleep Health, we believe that better sleep leads to a better life — and we’re on a mission to help Canadians from coast to coast wake up healthier, happier, and more energized.
As Canada’s largest independent provider of sleep health services with over 120 clinics (and growing!), we’re transforming the way patients experience care. Through innovation, technology, and compassionate teamwork, we’re making sleep health accessible, effective, and life changing.
We are currently seeking a HR Generalist to join our team supporting our regions in Eastern Canada.
Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Generalist is a collaborative and people-focused professional who partners closely with leaders across operations and clinics to ensure practices that support Resolve Sleep Health’s business and culture objectives. This role contributes to building a positive employee experience by developing and implementing people strategies that align with organizational goals and values.
The HR Generalist provides hands-on support to leaders in all aspects of people management across the entire employee life cycle — from hiring and onboarding to engagement, performance, and retention. This includes advising, coaching, and equipping leaders with tools and insights to foster an inclusive, high-performing workplace where employees can thrive.
What you'll be doing:
- Act as a trusted HR partner and first point of contact for employees and leaders within the designated region, providing guidance across all areas of the employee life cycle.
- Lead and strategize recruitment efforts for assigned regions, developing targeted talent attraction approaches that ensure strong alignment and cultural fit. Support all stages of recruitment including posting, pre-screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with clinic leadership to develop and maintain Health & Safety plans, ensuring compliance while promoting a culture of care and accountability.
- Support and manage leaves of absence (LOAs), accommodations, and return-to-work processes in a compassionate and timely manner.
- Provide guidance on HR policies and best practices, ensuring they are applied consistently and in alignment with company values.
- Partner with leaders to coach, develop, and drive a positive performance culture that supports continuous growth, clear expectations, and employee success.
- Support organization-wide engagement and retention initiatives, communications, and recognition programs that strengthen our culture.
- Collaborate with the HR Manager on strategic HR initiatives, training, and continuous improvement projects.
What you bring:
- 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a multi-site or healthcare environment.
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field.
- Bilingual (English/French) strongly preferred to support our national team and ensure inclusive communication and support across all provinces.
- Strong knowledge of employment standards, human rights, and health & safety legislation.
- Experience with HRIS platforms such as ADP considered an asset.
- Exceptional communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
- CHRP designation or in progress considered an asset.
Why you’ll love working here:
- We know our people are the key to our success, so we invest in making Resolve a great place to work, with:
- Competitive pay
- Health & Dental Benefits (including Maple virtual care)
- Employee Family Assistance Program
- Wellness + vacation hours
