The candidate helps design quality infrastructure in Azure, facilitates the development and deployment process, implements the right technologies for our products, and improves the lives of fellow developers. Our workbench solution helps our customers work smarter, provides unique insights, and makes it possible to automate their business processes. Your Day with Equisoft: Collaborate with development teams to optimize workflows and remove blockers Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, deployment, and infrastructure upgrades Diagnose and resolve production issues in coordination with development teams Manage access controls, security compliance, and implement security best practices across environments Manage development, staging, and production environments supporting multiple clients Document infrastructure architecture, processes, and runbooks for knowledge sharing Monitor and optimize system performance, availability, and security with proactive recommendations Troubleshoot complex distributed systems and implement corrective measures Optimize Azure cloud resource usage to control operational costs Requirements: Technical Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering or Information Technology or College Diploma 5+ years of hands-on DevOps engineering experience in cloud-native environments Strong experience with Kubernetes cluster management and operations Proficiency with infrastructure as code using Terraform Proven ability to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows (Azure DevOps, Argo CD) Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services, architecture, and multi-tenant SaaS environments Experience with database administration and performance optimization (PostgreSQL, MSSQL) Strong knowledge of Linux, Git, Docker, and scripting (Bash, Python, PowerShell) Solid understanding of security implementations (Azure KeyVault, RBAC, compliance frameworks) Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus) in Kubernetes environments Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for complex distributed systems Excellent knowledge of English (spoken and written) Soft skills Strong sense of organization and prioritizing Analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate, write and synthesize information.
