Woolwich Community Health Centre (WCHC) is hiring a full-time clinical manager (1.0 FTE) whose role oversees the daily operations of our primary care programs and patient services, including nursing, intake, and medical office administration. - Bachelor’s degree in nursing, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- Current Certificate of Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- 3–5+ years of relevant clinical experience, ideally in primary care or community health settings
- 2-3 years inter-disciplinary nursing experience in a community-based primary care setting is preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply.
- Ability to manage multiple and complex demands
- Commitment to working collaboratively in a team environment
- Skills in conflict resolution, change management, and building positive workplace culture
- Knowledge of/experience with health issues across the lifecycle. Specific expertise in the following areas would be considered an asset: geriatrics, palliative care, mental health, chronic disease management, maternal and infant/child health as well as familiarity with working in a rural setting.

• Salary of $74,406 - $82,404
