Key Responsibilities:
Maintain organization of bins & equipment in Edworthy & Spruce Yards and warehouses.
Keep warehouse, Yard and adjacent street areas clean (general clean-up and garbage removal).
Prepare equipment for customer deliveries.
Assist off-loading of deliveries.
Assist loading of Cube Vans for deliveries.
Clean and power-wash totes, containers & compactors to ensure they’re presentable for reuse.
Organize equipment & supplies storage areas; notify Supervisor of material/equipment shortages.
Assemble/disassemble totes; scavenge parts and repair totes using cordless drill; some heavy lifting required (up to ~50 lbs).
Maintain serviceability of washrooms (restock paper towel, toilet paper, hand soap; clean floors/garbage).
Perform other tasks as assigned by Manager or Supervisor.
Requirements:
Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift/push up to ~50 lbs, exert physical effort.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow direction from supervisors.
Prior warehouse or construction environment experience (~1 year) is preferred (an asset).
Strong team-oriented attitude; adapt quickly to change; take pride in quality of work; communicate effectively; safety-first mindset.
Respectful and reliable team member ready to assist across tasks.
Ideal Candidate:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse, materials-handling, or construction environment.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize safety, collaborate effectively, communicate clearly, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
Strong time-management skills with the ability to stay organized and focused.
