The Opportunity
We’re expanding rapidly and looking for Full Stack Engineers to join our growing engineering team. This is a chance to build on cutting-edge infrastructure, solve complex technical challenges, and shape the future of global payments. As a Full Stack Engineer, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, contribute to Cybrid’s platform, and help scale our mission to power the next generation of fintech.
What You’ll Do
Architect and implement complex features across Ruby/Rails, Python/Django, and TypeScript/Angular services.
Lead API design, database modeling, and integrations with external financial providers.
Build secure, scalable workflows for banking, trading, and compliance.
Drive performance optimization across microservices and financial data systems.
Mentor team members and guide adoption of AI-assisted development practices
What You Bring
Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years of full-stack development with Ruby/Rails, Python/Django, and/or TypeScript/Angular.
Strong expertise in REST APIs, PostgreSQL optimization, and security best practices.
Experience with distributed systems, microservices, and cloud platforms.
Proven ability to integrate with financial APIs and manage secure authentication/authorization.
Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants for complex development workflows
Nice to Have:
Fintech or financial systems experience (payments, compliance, blockchain).
Knowledge of financial regulations (KYC/AML, PCI DSS).
Familiarity with Temporal workflows or real-time financial data systems.
Exposure to AI-powered code review and secure coding practices
