Acting as a bridge between Publisher Success, Software Engineering, Product, and Business Development, it is your responsibility to be the subject matter expert and main technical contact for publishers on the Blockthrough platform. From streamlining onboarding to finding areas of optimization, you will influence the entire customer lifecycle and product itself. Your day-to-day activities
Provide technical guidance to clients on the most optimized integration path and assist in solution discussions to help them understand the value proposition
Communicate product features and benefits to clients in a clear and concise manner
Assist with customer facing, technical documentation such as product specifications and client best practices
Review and test client implementations and troubleshoot potential problems
Analyze and review data to make technical recommendations for increased yield
Work with our Publisher Success team to resolve customer issues and streamline onboarding
What you bring to the table
Highly detail-oriented work ethic
2+ years of experience in the AdTech space
2+ years of experience with GAM
Experience working with HTML, CSS, SQL and JavaScript
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, etc.

Should possess a strong technical aptitude and be proficient in using Chrome DevTools to debug issues

Have excellent written and verbal communication and follow through – nothing falls through the cracks.
Have familiarity collaborating with product teams and facilitating new product feature rollouts.
