Reporting to the VP, Acquisition Onboarding & Finance Integration, the Manager, Finance Integration will be responsible for supporting the project management of onboarding newly acquired companies and the integration of financial reporting activities into the Company’s Financial Reporting & Shared Services team, as well as the financial analysis processes for the acquisitions throughout the integration process. The Senior Analyst, Acquisition Analysis & Reporting will: Project Management & Integration Execution Lead and manage the integration of multiple newly acquired companies simultaneously, using Monday.com to track progress, document processes, and ensure timely completion of core integration activities. Collaborate across departments—including HR, IT, Facilities, Marketing, and Legal & Compliance—to deliver a cohesive and positive integration experience for acquired company leaders. Finance Transition & Reporting Partner with finance teams of acquired companies to understand existing processes, identify nonstandard items, and support the development of tailored transition plans. Manage financial reporting during the integration period, including variance analysis, quarterly forecasts, and annual budget updates. Provide ad hoc support for acquisition accounting activities such as working capital audits and vendor earn-out payments. Stakeholder Communication & Relationship Management Prepare and deliver clear, consistent project updates to internal integration teams and Practice Leaders of acquired firms. Support the VP of Acquisition Onboarding & Finance Integration in maintaining strong relationships with acquired company leaders, including tracking follow-ups and resolving unique integration challenges. Data Utilization & Process Efficiency Minimize administrative burden on acquired practices by leveraging due diligence data and compiling transition-critical information. Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement across all aspects of integration, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Team Contribution Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented culture that supports personal development and promotes a positive work environment.
