What You’ll Do:
At TJX, the Enterprise Data & Analytics (EDA) organization is on a multiyear journey to build a scalable and reliable cloud-based data analytics ecosystem focused on delivering value to business users globally. Our goal is to enable data as an asset by leveraging technology to deliver business value across TJX globally. We strive to help TJX business domains make fact-based decisions by integrating and analyzing data to provide the foundation to build competitive advantage
As a Scrum Master, your core responsibilities will include assisting the team to clear obstacles, establishing an environment where the team can be effective, addressing any team dynamics as well as supporting the team to control outside interruptions and distractions. You will work closely with the Product Manager and scrum team in planning and coordinating the deployment into production for large epics/initiatives that span multiple product and shared services teams
About You:
2-5 years’ experience in an Agile environment and preferably as a Scrum Master with dedicated agile teams using scrum/SAFe
Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban to deliver solutions
Some hands-on experience participating in and leading Scrum/SAFe events, such as Sprint Planning, Release Planning, and Program Increment (PI) Planning
Tools experience in JIRA, Confluence, Mural & ServiceNow
Experience working closely with Product Owner to understand and align on backlog priorities

Salary Range: $85,642.50-$119,899.50 /year *This represents the expected hiring range and may not represent the full pay range for the position. The salary offered may be higher than the posted range depending on several factors such as relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
