Reporting to the Director of Occupational Health, you’ll be the trusted advisor and strategic partner driving our HSE programs across regions. This is your opportunity to champion safety culture, lead risk-reduction initiatives, and collaborate with leaders to protect people, the environment, and assets.
What You’ll Do
Lead and implement HSE strategies aligned with business goals.
Drive performance improvement and risk mitigation initiatives.
Provide expert guidance on compliance, emergency response, and incident investigations.
Support training programs and foster employee engagement in safety.
Act as a liaison with regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a safety-related field.
5+ years in occupational health & safety (10+ preferred).
Experience managing multi-site regions.
Strong knowledge of OHS regulations.
Advanced communication and problem-solving skills.
Fluency in English and French.
