Job Summary:
The primary purpose of this position is to provide comprehensive administrative and coordinationsupport to the Second Building Project team. This role combines high-level administrative expertisewith project coordination responsibilities, ensuring effective communication, scheduling,documentation, and logistical support for project activities. The position works closely with theproject team(s), including, Medical Lead, Clinical Director, and Director of Infrastructure to facilitatesmooth project execution.
The incumbent will be able to organize and administer workflow with the development ofadministrative systems that enhance efficiencies, and function well under pressure.This position reports to the Director of Infrastructure for Department of Environment responsibilitiesand receives direction from Director of Patient Services.
Qualifications:
Level of Formal Education & Experience:
Education:
Post-secondary diploma/certificate in Administration or related field from an accreditededucational institution. An acceptable equivalent combination of education and experiencemay be considered.
Experience:
•5 years of experience supporting senior leadership and/or project teams.• Demonstrated experience in project coordination, meeting planning, and documentmanagement.• Previous experience working as support in a project management environment for projects ofsignificant scope would be an asset.

Skills and Abilities
•Strong organizational, communication (verbal and written), and problem-solving skills.• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) andproject management tools.• Ability to work independently, interfacing with highly skilled professionals in a teamenvironment and provide leadership in work activities• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work effectively under pressure to meetdeadlines• Knowledge of standard project management terminology and methods for organization andretention of project management documentation.
