Job Description
In collaboration with the Manager, HR Solutions, the incumbent will be responsible for optimizing the use of HR and payroll systems, primarily SAP, and for leading implementation and improvement projects within their business domain.
Responsabilités
Ensure optimal use of the SAP HR/payroll system and other payroll-related applications.
Support internal teams through system usage reviews, training, and coaching.
Recommend functional improvements and process optimizations.
Define scenarios, execute unit, integration, and regression tests, and approve production releases from a functional perspective.
Act as the primary point of contact for system users and internal partners.
Ensure alignment between collective agreements and system parameters.
Lead implementation projects: needs analysis, supplier coordination, and deliverable tracking.
Prepare communications related to assigned projects and assess the impact of proposed changes.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
3 to 5 years of experience using SAP HR/payroll systems.
Experience managing implementation or system enhancement projects.
Strong ability to simplify processes and support users.
Skilled at working with multidisciplinary teams and external suppliers.
Knowledge of the airline or travel industry (an asset).
Experience participating in a SAP implementation (a major asset).
Oral and written fluency in French and English *
A good knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec. The incumbent will be required to communicate and collaborate frequently in English, both orally and in writing, with colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders in Quebec, the rest of Canada, and internationally.
