Our client, a leader in the mortgage industry, is looking to add Mortgage Brokers to their team in Surrey, BC.

What You’ll Do:
• Consult with clients to understand their financial needs and advise on mortgage solution(Residential, Commercial, Refinance, etc).
• Prepare and structure mortgage applications for submission to lenders, including writing detailed deal notes, risk analysis, and borrower profiles.
• Stay current with lender policies, credit guidelines, and market trends.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, lenders, and industry partners.
• Manage the Deal process from lead generation through funding with attention to accuracy and compliance.
Qualifications:
• Active license as a BC Mortgage Broker
• Experienced with the mortgage deal process with prior experience in sales, finance or customer service
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated and with a drive to succeed
• Positive and professional attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

This is a Permanent position based out of Surrey, BC.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $33516.27 - $200465.59/yr.
