Hiring Unit: Student Affairs Officer, Macdonald Campus Position Summary: Hosts in person campus tours. Greets students & answers general inquiries about the Macdonald Campus (programs, student life, living in Montreal, etc.) with a positive attitude In collaboration with McGill Recruitment staff, shares own student experience, answers questions from prospective students, their families, guidance counselors, and alumni during webinars, virtual events, and when safety guidelines permit, in-person events. Participates in social media campaigns and events (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) Supports other recruitment activities and events, as needed, such as answering the phone, responding to e-mails and assisting in various administrative tasks, helping with the setting up and taking down of signs, equipment, during on campus events.
