Keyera Career Opportunity Job Type: Student - Co-Op (Fixed Term) THE POSITION Keyera’s future Data Management Analyst Co-op student will support the Supply Chain Management (SCM) team by accurately entering, maintaining and validating supply chain transactional and master data. This role is ideal for a co-op student who is eager to learn SCM systems and contribute directly to day-to-day operational continuity. You’ll receive training and work closely with experienced SCM professionals to build hands-on skills in data accuracy, ERP systems, and contract management tools. RESPONSIBILITIES Primary Focus – Data Entry & Integrity With coaching from the SCM Governance Lead and support from the Category Management and Procurement teams, you will: Enter contracts, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, purchase artifacts, and receipts etc., into Maximo. Input and maintain contract rate sheets in Maximo. Load and update contract data in GEP. Ensure data synchronization and integrity between two Maximo instances. Secondary Support – Procurement Activities Assist SCM Procurement in creating and executing purchase orders as needed. QUALIFICATIONS We’re looking for a student who is detail-orientated and eager to gain hands-on experience with supply chain systems. Currently enrolled in the 3rd or 4th year of a post-secondary program in business or supply chain management; similar business programs may be considered. Strong Attention to detail and comfort working with data. Ability to learn new tools quickly. Assets: Experience creating Purchase Orders. Experience with reporting tools (such as Power BI) would be an asset. Hands-on exposure to any ERP system (e.g., SAP, JDE, Oracle) would be an asset. Familiarity with IBM Maximo would be an asset. Experience with management of service/material master data would be an asset. Experience with CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management Platforms (e.g., Ivalua, GEP, Coupa) would be an asset. Knowledge of SCM Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes. What Success Looks Like By the end of the co-op term, you will have Mitigate critical data discrepancies between Maximo instances. On-time entry of POs, contracts and rate sheets etc. within established SLA. Audit-ready transaction logs with full traceability. Gained hands-on experience with SCM systems and procurement operations.
