Worker Sub-Type: Student (Fixed Term) Job Description: POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Marketing Intern to assist in defining and developing a centralized marketing reporting framework. This role is ideal for students interested in marketing analytics and measurement, and provides valuable exposure to industry-standard tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, and Google Analytics 4. As part of our team, you will help shape how we assess campaign performance across various tactics and channels. WHAT YOU WILL DO Support the design and implementation of a centralized reporting framework for marketing campaigns Gather, organize, and analyze campaign data from various platforms and tactics Assist in creating dashboards and reports in tools like Tableau, Google Analytics 4, and Salesforce Collaborate with team members to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and measurement standards Participate in data quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency Document reporting processes and framework updates Research and recommend best practices for marketing analytics and reporting Communicate findings and insights to internal teams to improve marketing effectiveness Assist in planning and project managing marketing campaigns SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Currently enrolled in post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field. Strong verbal and written communication skills Experience with Google Analytics Basic understanding of the Google ads ecosystem and paid social platforms (e.g., LinkedIn). Hands-on experience creating impactful dashboards in Tableau, Looker, or other data visualization tools. Excellent analytical abilities paired with strong business acumen. Self-motivated, highly detail-oriented, and organized, with the ability to perform effectively under pressure. Thrives in a fast-paced environment and adept at managing multiple deadlines simultaneously.
