Job Type: Permanent THE POSITION The SCM Reporting Analyst will be responsible for supporting the sustainment & continuous improvement initiatives for a fit-for-purpose Supply Chain Reporting & Data Analytics Frameworks. RESPONSIBILITIES Supporting the SCM Governance & Performance Management Framework that allows the Supply Chain group and Business Unit Clients to easily understand how we measure & report Contracting & Procurement compliance and performance. Development and sustainment of compliance and performance reports. Support development of the annual Contract and Procurement (C&P) Plan in collaboration with finance and Business Unit leadership. Administration of the SCM Value Creation program, driving cost reduction / avoidance and operational efficiency / effectiveness, with accurate reporting that is impactful to the P&L. The candidate will demonstrate a commitment and passion for Supply Chain and the value it can drive in the energy sector. Financial acumen is required for this role, as this position will support all SCM reporting, data analytics and governance + performance metrics. Collaborative mindset, willing to work alongside the subject-matter experts and Business Unit clients to ensure the SCM reporting and analytics framework is measuring and impacting what really matters to the business. QUALIFICATIONS Post-secondary education and a minimum of 2–3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management is preferred. Applicants with Finance or general Business experience will also be considered. Business Degree and/or Finance designation would be an asset. Demonstrated ability to sustain & continuously improve a fit-for-purpose reporting and data analytics framework. Demonstrated understanding of Strategic Sourcing, Contract management, Procure-to Pay, Materials & Inventory Management would be an asset. Experience with Power BI or other similar data analytics and visualization tools. High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel. Broad understanding of ERP and Source-to-Pay systems.
