What you will accomplish with us As a Project Management Intern – Advisor, you will be at the core of our mission. Your main responsibilities will include: Actively contributing to the update and improvement of the Project and Portfolio Management Playbook; Participating in or leading the design of processes, tools, and practical guides tailored to various delivery contexts (agile, hybrid, traditional); Proposing creative solutions to design engaging and accessible training materials for a broad audience; Collaborating on the definition and implementation of a deployment strategy, including communications and stakeholder management; Supporting team organization and goal tracking, ensuring transparent communication on progress, risks, and benefits; Taking part in Scrum meetings, presenting deliverables during reviews, and fostering collaboration; Positively influencing and rallying teams around a shared and ambitious vision. What could accelerate your success in this role We are looking for someone who: Is currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Project Management; Understands and applies principles of project management, portfolio management, and Lean/Agile methodology; Demonstrates natural leadership, influence skills, the ability to work with diverse stakeholders, and strong communication skills; Has an advanced level of proficiency in French, as the role requires daily interactions with French-speaking stakeholders both verbally and in writing; Has an intermediate level of proficiency in English, as the role requires daily interactions with English-speaking stakeholders both verbally and in writing; Possesses knowledge of the insurance and financial services sector and/or recognized certifications in project and portfolio management (an asset).
