Unposting Date: 2025-11-27 11:59 PM Your role Reporting to the Marketing Senior Manager for the Info, Audio, Regions and Mauril portfolio, you will work within the Marketing and Communications department. As Marketing Strategist, your role will be to recommend, develop and co-ordinate 360° (multichannel) marketing strategies for your assigned projects and campaigns with a focus on enhancing awareness and engagement toward our brands, platforms and content while building audience loyalty throughout the Radio-Canada ecosystem. You will be in charge of deploying marketing and impact advertising actions, tracking their effectiveness and proposing adjustments based on consumer analysis and data. You will be expected to provide positive leadership in working with other teams or departments so that impact projects can be delivered. Your main responsibilities will be: Recommend, develop and co-ordinate 360 marketing strategies and high-impact offensives for assigned projects by leveraging brands, products and content from the News, Audio, Regions portfolio. Ensure that strategies and projects are aligned with Marketing & Communications objectives. Recommend, develop, plan and implement all the development stages for assigned 360 multichannel initiatives, projects and campaigns, from the planning phase through to execution and analysis. Draft clear strategic marketing briefs, ensuring they are properly understood by all parties. Do follow-ups on all projects. Work with various departments to deliver effective, creative projects and strategies that achieve our marketing objectives. Work with our media team to review and improve on outside media proposals, ensuring that plans are aligned with our objectives and consistent with existing user journeys. Develop effective promo strategies on the Corporation’s various platforms and design impactful strategies in order to achieve target audience objectives. Produce or commission marketing material required for our digital channels (including social media). Advise and work with management to determine the necessary human, financial and technical resources. Analyze market data and campaign performance, adjust marketing actions in line with results to achieve objectives and make data-driven decisions to improve marketing strategies. Advise and support your division and program teams in developing the portfolio’s strategic orientations. Please note that this is a 12-month contract position. Your profile: Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or the equivalent in a related field Five (5) years’ relevant experience in a similar or related position Skills: Proven skills in project planning, organization, and prioritization Strong knowledge of marketing (strategic briefs, media briefs, analysis of media plan, compliance with objectives, etc.) Demonstrated strategic thinking and solid advisory experience Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively and harmoniously with staff and management at all levels Strong interest in digital media and new technologies Innovation and creativity; ability to develop new approaches to content creation, as well as promotional strategies and tactics Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent judgment, initiative, and autonomy Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple files simultaneously, and handle time management; ability to lead several projects at once Excellent communication skills (spoken and written) in French Experience with Google tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides) is an asset Knowledge of Radio-Canada’s radio, audio, and news programming is an asset Given the nature of the position, please submit your application (CV and cover letter) in French, preferably.
