Appointment periods for the session do not include additional days in recognition of preparation and marking time required. Courses may be cancelled due to low enrolment.
Qualifications
Consistent with its goal of sustaining business school accreditation (AACSB), the Edwards School of Business will recruit those individuals whose academic training and/or professional activities clearly align with our accreditation standards.
A master's degree in accounting (e.g., MPAcc) is strongly preferred and a Canadian Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation is an asset. Professional experience must be current and substantial in terms of duration and level of responsibility, and clearly linked to the field in which the candidate is expected to teach. Professional engagement activities must be substantive and sustained at levels that support currency and relevance for the Edwards School of Business mission.
