The Global Analytics & Insights (GA&I) team’s mission is to improve the quality of the decisions taken on our oncology assets through the creation and delivery of excellent market, customer, and competitor insights. This role is based in our Oncology team and will lead the generation of insight and analytics within our Immuno-Oncology portfolio. The key to excelling in this role is your ability to lead cross-functional strategy and insights initiatives at portfolio, brand, tumor, and indication levels for a fast-growing portfolio; and synthesize analyses into clear storylines and recommendations for senior leaders. You will be a critical thinker capable of delivering well-researched, verified, and relevant analyses in a clear and impactful way. This requires the ability to lead without authority alongside strong influencing, communication, and analytical skills. You will be comfortable formulating cohesive, strategic arguments which may be used to respectfully challenge a group of experts. In addition, you need to be resourceful, motivated, decisive and proactive. You must be able to prioritize in a fast-growing organization and be confident working with incomplete data. Share key knowledge and build a collaborative relationship with market insights leads Lead performance/KPI development, enabling a detailed understanding of brand performance and opportunities based on a variety of inputs Possess/develop deep therapy area knowledge bridging from clinical development through to commercialization Essential Skills & Experience: Bachelor's degree (ideally in a science or math-based field). 6 years of relevant pharmaceutical industry experience in-house, within a management and strategy consulting firm, or investment banking / equity analysis Qualitative and quantitative market research experience Commercial brand strategy understanding Oncology experience Desirable Skills & Experience: Advanced degree (ideally in a science or math-based field) The annual base pay for this position ranges from $214,206 - $321,309. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles).
