Southlake Health Foundation is in search of an Administration Coordinator. Reporting to the Manager, Administration & Governance, the Administration Coordinator is accountable for the Foundation’s office operations and administration, human resources (incl. health and safety), and management of: finances; IT; tax and regulatory compliance; organizational performance; client service and experience; and organizational risk(s) (i.e. financial, legal, insurance, audit etc.) About Southlake Health Foundation Since the inception of Southlake Foundation in 1980, more than $260 million has been raised in support of Southlake Health. What you'll be doing: The Administration Coordinator is responsible for operational business support and a wide range of administrative support to the Foundation Team. The coordinator exudes exceptional customer service and is a key point of contact for all visitors, callers and online inquiries. Duties are executed in a manner that ensures all Foundation stakeholders (internal and external) are greeted, assisted, directed and supported with an exceptional level of customer service and experience. What you bring: A Diploma, a Certificate or a combination of comparable relevant skills and experience 2 years relevant experience in office administration, preferably in a non-profit or a publicly funded environment Exceptional customer service skills Service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills, relationship-building skills and organizational skills Knowledge of and demonstrated experience working with Raiser’s Edge database management system Office skills, including familiarity with office equipment such as computers, scanners, copiers, printers, and point of sale terminals, are required Ability to de-escalate and troubleshoot situations with upset donors/public; service recovery Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of programs, with the ability to adapt and learn other programs Exceptional attention to detail and data entry skills in entering donor and financial information Experience with project and event management Ability to work with minimal supervision while prioritizing own work to handle multiple tasks and ensure established deadlines are met Demonstrated commitment to and understanding of the mission and values of Southlake Health and Southlake Health Foundation Southlake Health is fully committed to a culture of belonging and an inclusive environment that encourages every team member to lead within their role, generate innovative ideas that reinforce our mission and goal to create a healthy workplace where our community can thrive.
