Job Description Overview AtkinsRéalis is hiring a hiring a Procurement Administrator to support our construction projects and join our growing team based in Vancouver, British Columbia. Your role Provide administrative and operational support to the procurement team, including managing document submittals and correspondence, and maintaining associated records. Maintain accurate databases and filing systems for contracts, supplier information and procurement documentation. Help prepare PowerPoint presentations, spreadsheets and reports. Participate in the creation, revision and editing of communications. Perform general office tasks such as managing calendar and coordinating schedules, including coordinating meetings, managing meeting logistics and taking and issuing minutes. About you Experience with major infrastructure or commercial construction projects. Post-secondary education in business administration, supply chain management, or related field (or equivalent experience) is an asset. 1-3 years of experience in administrative or procurement support role. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrate integrity, the ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality, and effectively manage various situations that arise on a daily basis. Proficient in use of MS Office products such as Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint, knowledge of Project ERP systems (SAP, Oracle etc.) is an asset. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Exceptional verbal and written English language communication skills.
