Cloning and mutagenesis of selected integral membrane proteins Chimeric reporter proteins generation CRISPR-Cas9 gene editing of target proteins. Monitoring protein of interests processing, cell surface expression and interactome. Transient and stable expression of heterologous proteins and their characterization Weekly progress report preparation, lab meeting attendance, and administrative contribution to the smooth operation of the lab are expected Qualifications: Mass spec experience would be an asset Committed candidate must hold a B.Sc. in biochemistry or molecular cell biology, and has a strong background in molecular biology, protein biochemistry, immunostaining, ELISA and tissue culture, with excellent organizational and communication skills.
