Volunteering days EAP services What you’ll do: Engage daily with 50-60 members over the phone to understand their needs. assisting them with any queries, changes or support they may need in relation to a range of RAC products and services. Offer tailored solutions that make their lives easier. Develop your knowledge of RAC products and Services through a full time training and upskilling program, allowing you to support a larger range of members Confidently navigate multiple technology systems while simultaneously providing support and having engaging conversations with members Smash your sales targets and celebrate your wins.
