**This role can be based in Mississauga or Edmonton***
The Meter Reads Administrator contacts customers for meters reading, data entry, obtains and updates contact records and supports contract billing administrators. This position is responsible for understanding and adhering to the specific requirements of the Policy and Procedures of the Ricoh Canada Inc., Quality Management System.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Processes meter readings
Contacts delinquent customers for meters reading.
Updates system of records with new contact information
Inform customers of options for providing meter readings
Take ownership to research and resolve customer issues.
Always ensure the accuracy and quality of data entry.
Approve customer profile changes.
Other duties as assigned by manager.
Qualifications:
The candidate must be able to be cleared for Federal Government, PWGSC Security Clearance.
Post Secondary Education
Minimum of 2 years related experience in Contract Billing and Administration
Bilingual is an asset.
