Synopsis of the role We are seeking an experienced and highly detail-oriented Technical Business Analyst (BSA) with a strong background in the Financial Sector. This role is critical, acting as the essential bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, researching, analyzing, and clearly documenting sponsor/stakeholder needs in accordance with project deliverables, while also gathering requirements, analyzing existing systems, and helping to design compliant technology solutions that align precisely with business objectives. Clear articulation, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead testing efforts are paramount for success in this organized and impactful role. What you’ll do Develop functional specifications that satisfy client requirements (large scale) Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs and deliver insights that guide planning and execution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and business units. Lead team members and other stakeholders in reviewing and refining requirements. Capture and refine requirements across multi-disciplinary teams Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process flows. Ensure alignment between technology solutions and business strategy.
