Partner with the best As an ALS Account Manager, you'll be part of the customer-facing team responsible for winning business. In this role, you will be responsible for: Selling of ESP, and associated equipment to named account(s). Include key accounts within a single business group/ P&L. Business development to grow accounts with new and existing customers. Handles standardized products with pre-defined options requiring simple client advice. Contributes to prices and conditions to have a certain degree of granularity. Works on the basis of predefined contracts price frameworks. Some latitude to deviate from prices and conditions. Handles diverse clients in a region. Cooperates with (technical) sales support to realize sales. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college Have a Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales Have a Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in down hole ESP equipment, i.e. field service, engineering, reliability, sales support Strong technical aptitude Ability to work with and communicate across functional teams to support the entire sales cycle from quote to cash Ability to identify and adapt to different customer personas Have a willingness to learn and ask questions Work in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
