Under the supervision of the Project Manager and Project Director, the Project Administrator will have the opportunity to assume important and diversified functions and responsibilities including:
Responsibilities:
Ensure the processing and drafting of all required correspondence and ensuring the execution of various mandates between the different departments;
Fulfill requests related to office management and administrative tasks;
Provide payroll support to the project, including the daily completion of time sheet entry, as well as answer inquiries to site personnel related to payroll matters;
Provide purchasing support to the project, including the issuing of POs, reconciliation of receipts and data entry;
Receive visitors, deliveries, communications, etc. at the office, direct them appropriately;
Coordinate various executive or project management meetings, including the preparation of necessary documents and/or presentations;
Structure and effectively maintain a filing system;
Prepare, record, and follow up on payments of expense accounts;
Maintain an inventory of office supplies, equipment, and materials;
Complete correspondence requests, such as writing letters and completing various documentation;
Coordinate and book the necessary arrangements for travel;
Additional tasks may be required.
Requirements
Post Secondary Education in Business Administration or similar program, or a combination of relevant training and experience;
1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry;
Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook applications;
Knowledge of the construction industry;
Bilingualism, French and English, would be considered an asset.
