We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Enablement Specialist to support our licensed insurance advisors. This role is critical to ensuring our advisors are properly licensed, thoroughly trained, and consistently delivering high-quality service to our clients. You will be responsible for managing licensing compliance, developing and delivering training programs, and assisting with quality assurance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Licensing Management:
Ensure all insurance advisors maintain active and compliant licenses across applicable provinces.
Coordinate licensing renewals, CE credits, and regulatory updates.
Liaise with principal broker and internal compliance teams.
Training & Development:
Deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs for licensed advisors.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging learning content.
Monitor training effectiveness and continuously improve learning outcomes.
Quality Assurance:
Assist with and maintain QA frameworks to assess advisor performance and compliance.
Conduct call audits and provide actionable feedback to advisors and team leads.
Partner with operations and compliance to address gaps and drive performance improvements.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales enablement, training, or quality assurance in an insurance or call centre environment.
Strong understanding of insurance licensing requirements (license preferred).
Experience with AWS, Salesforce, QA tools, and performance metrics.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
Salary:
$56,000.00 - $103,500.00

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group’s expected target for the first year in this position.
BMO Financial Group’s total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, as well as other perks and rewards.
