The Inside Account Representative is a blended role of Inside and Outside Sales and will be responsible for maintaining and growing Noble’s customer base by utilizing professional selling skills to identify customer needs, present Noble’s advantage to increase customer spending, loyalty, and retention. The ideal candidate will promote and sell existing and new products to meet branch sales objectives and achieve sales results.

How you Contribute to Noble's Success
Optimizes the existing Noble’s customer base by promoting and selling existing and new products and services to our customers
Manages, reviews, and implements price changes for assigned accounts with attention to market trends
Possess strong knowledge of the sales process and have remarkable problem-solving abilities
Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills to effectively build a positive relationship with team members and customers
Provide quotations, technical support, literature, and other support/materials for customers
Develops new customer potential by examining market opportunities and potential customer needs, tailoring products and services, and selling solutions to potential customers
Actively manages customers’ expectations by communicating inventory, delivery, and pricing concerns so that customer loyalty is maintained, and patterns continually evolve with customers changing requirements
Participates in setting branch sales objectives and is accountable for achieving sales results (revenue, gross margin, account targets)
Assist the Inside Sales Team with incoming calls and inquiries
Other job-related duties as required
Must Haves and Nice to Haves
Must Have
Completion of College Diploma, University Degree or equivalent experience is required
Demonstrated interpersonal, problem solving, and communication skills to effectively build a positive relationship with team members and customers
Capacity for attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines and work effectively within time constraints
Ability to thrive in a performance-focused and results-oriented environment
Valid Ontario Driver’s License with consistent access to a personal vehicle
Nice To Have
Previous experience in comparative sales and/or customer service is a strong asset
Technical Plumbing and/or HVAC knowledge
Experience using Word, Excel, and Outlook is an asset
