We are seeking a creative and self-driven Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Edmonton, Alberta.
The Opportunity
As the Marketing Coordinator, you will be the main contact responsible for executing Akash Homes’ marketing and design initiatives.
Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, you’re the ultimate brand champion - vibrant, full of energy, and unapologetically bold about putting Akash Homes on the map. Top 3 Priorities for Your First 6 Months
Develop an understanding of the Akash Homes brand, its stakeholders (prospective homeowners, developers, etc), and the Akash Homes product portfolio.
Support the Marketing Manager in executing immediate goals including showhome launches, new website revamp, and advertising initiatives.
Contribute to the development of refreshed brand creative, ensuring Akash Homes advertising campaigns reflect an updated and cohesive brand identity.
What You’ll Work On
Assisting in the design, creative development, and simple copywriting for all B2B and B2C marketing materials, both digital and print.
Collaborating with the Marketing Manager, Sales team, and external vendors to produce high-quality promotional materials.
Supporting the Sales team during community and developer events with on-site marketing and branding activities.
Creating content and managing social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Maintaining brand consistency and acting as the key point of contact for all visual and creative assets.
Managing the point-of-sale (POS) experience — ensuring sales centers are visually engaging and brand-consistent.
What You’ll Bring
Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or Communications.
2–3 years of experience in a marketing or graphic design role (homebuilding or real estate experience is an asset but not required).
Must be detail oriented as this role requires a high level of accuracy and strong attention to detail to ensure all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
Agency experience or familiarity with fast-paced creative production environments is considered a strong asset.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.) and Microsoft Office tools.
Demonstrated experience with content creation and social media management (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines — with minimal need for creative direction.
A strong eye for design, layout, and detail with a commitment to brand alignment.
