You will be taking care of a client portfolio at 2 sites and managing 7 hourly cleaners.
Schedule: For this position, hours of work will be specifically tailored to the specified sites and will be subject to change based on client needs. Hours noted below are intended as a guideline and may be subject to change, from time to time.
During events: Flexible hours including days, evenings, nights based on event show times. Scheduling accommodations to be determined through agreement between the Key Account Manager, Regional Director and/or Director of Operations.
During off peak: Off peak core hours are Monday - Friday 8:00am-4:30pm with required flexibility to respond to the needs of the business which could include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
1 hour lunch (30 minutes paid and 30 minutes unpaid)

What your day to day looks like:
Reporting into the Regional Director you will be taking care of the day to day operations of the site.
Site Visits; Conducting site visits at the location ensuring compliance with safety and customer service standards
Account Management; Creating and fostering strong relationships with key clients and store managers. Handling all complaints or issues in a prompt and timely fashion ensuring utmost satisfaction at all times
People Management; Handling all personnel issues for the hourly Cleaners at your sites for both internal and subcontractors including; scheduling, conflicts, hiring, training, performance management, and disciplinary action
What you'll need to succeed:
2-3 years in a previous Supervisor or Manager position
Valid driver's license in good standing
Most important to us is strong customer service skills since this will be a client facing role
Excellent proficiency of the English language in both written and verbal communication
Ambitious, enthusiastic and enjoys working in a fast paced environment
Ability to lead a team while fostering a strong team connection and collaboration
Reliable and trustworthy with the ability to handle some high pressure stressful situations
Willingness to learn the cleaning industry

20 minute preliminary phone interview with our Recruiter
20-40 minute to an hour assessment (depending on optional practice questions or breaks).
30 minute MS Teams video interview with the Hiring Manager and direct Supervisor for the role
