PAL Airlines is currently seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team
in St. John's, NL.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide to passengers and airport locations, accurate information regarding
flight interruptions, delays, and cancellations.

Rebook and reroute affected passengers to their destination, ensuring minimal
inconvenience and delay.

provides updates to passengers on the status of their flight and assist with
alternative arrangements.

Monitor and manage flight disruptions, make real-time decisions to minimize
passenger impact, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of passenger’s information, flight
disruptions, and customer interactions

communicate effectively with other departments and teams, including
operations, reservations, and airport staff.

Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures to enhance the
overall passenger experience.

Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in customer service.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours and travel as required.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while prioritizing and managing tight
deadlines.
- Possess a high level of professionalism and dedication to customer service
excellence.
- Proven ability to build good working relationships with internal and external
clients
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products.
