Job Description Overview Reporting to the Procurement Manager, the Procurement Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the facilitation of Procurement training and is responsible for providing front-line support to teams using the procurement system and tools. This role ensures timely resolution of issues, effective communication with users, and continuous improvement of support processes. The Coordinator acts as a liaison between end-users and technical teams to enhance user proficiency in the areas of Procurement. Working Conditions: Office-based with occasional travel for training events. Hybrid working environment, however, may require flexibility in working hours to accommodate training schedules. Your role Coordinate and schedule training sessions for users engaged in the procurement process. Training must be consistent with the procurement procedures and systems. Collaborate with Procurement Manager to ensure department training needs are planned and executed on a yearly basis. Maintain training records for Procurement personnel, interfacing with the Training department to ensure records are captured in workday. Support Procurement Manager in the development and updating of Procurement training materials, manuals, and e-learning content. Manage logistics for Procurement training events, including venue booking, materials preparation, and participant communication. Provide first-level support for application-related issues via email, phone. Troubleshoot and resolve user problems, escalating complex issues to appropriate technical teams. Support testing and rollout of new procurement application features or upgrades. Ensure compliance with internal policies and systems. About you Bachelor’s degree. The ability to lead and deliver Procurement training sessions to teams of users. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general database knowledge an asset. Proficient in software applications and the ability to learn new systems quickly. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, strong presentation skills.
