In a customer-centric perspective, this dynamic role ensures the updating and execution of the UAT (User Acceptance Testing) test strategy. The position acts as the main point of contact for customer requests and orchestrates the Interlock of all joint testing activities. Implements the comprehensive testing strategy for a given client Ensures that the various components of the software solution are effectively tested Monitors and confirms that end-to-end tests are conducted successfully Collaborates with the project manager to establish the schedule for each implementation Participates in preparing and presenting QA briefings to clients regarding the test strategy Acts as the point of contact for the client regarding UAT and the test strategy Meets with the client to plan and prepare UAT activities Monitors and coordinates support activities during UAT Manages test priorities directly with the client's UAT lead Prepares and communicates status reports on QA progress including risks and mitigation plan to the project manager and client Contributes to developing best practice guidelines for the test strategy Leverages artificial intelligence to implement the most effective processes and tools for testing the solution Ensures the tracking of QA measures Manages and supervises the automation project for the client's implementation by closely coordinating with our offshore and onshore teams What you bring... A University degree in computer science, actuarial science or math, engineering, business or any relevant field 8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and minimum 5 years as a QA Lead Excellent knowledge of Quality Assurance processes Previous experience in testing software Experience with agile methods will be considered an asset Experience with working with offshore resources will be considered an asset; Strong working knowledge of industry standards and best practices for software testing Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as knowledge in the areas of technology and communications Have a great attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French A bit about us We’re a people-focused, customer-first, purpose-driven team who works together every day to innovate and do good.
