Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Waterworks Supervisor will work with the sales team, acting as a subject matter expert on Waterworks products. They will also be responsible for building Waterworks business in the Manitoba Region.
What you will do:
Communicate with customers primarily by email and phone
Provide timely quotations and accurate processing and delivery
Recommend alternate products based on cost, availability or specifications
Process customer transactions such as orders and returns
Provide day-to-day leadership and direction to direct reports by communicating job expectations and providing feedback and coaching
Work with Outside Sales to build Waterworks business with the existing customer base and prospecting for new customers
Work with key stakeholders in developing and implementing a Waterworks strategy for the region
Develop, maintain, and set accountability for Waterworks pricing
Support the hiring in the Waterworks department as it grows
About you:
You possess extensive knowledge of Waterworks products and have previous sales experience
You have previous supervisory or leadership experience
You possess demonstrated excellence in providing customer service
You possess excellent communication, interpersonal and computer skills
You have a valid drivers’ license, travel from time to time will be required
