We’re seeking a driven and detail-oriented Business Development Analyst to become a key contributor to our Enterprise Group Solutions team. As part of Enterprise Group Solutions team, you’ll collaborate with top-tier professionals to craft tailored group benefits solutions for our expanding client base across Canada. This role reports directly to the Vice-President of Enterprise Group Solutions and is especially suited for individuals with a background in group insurance underwriting or group benefits who are eager to make a tangible impact on clients and see the results of their expertise in action. The Business Development Analyst will: Manage daily tasks and contribute to special projects as needed Build and analyze pricing models and financial scenarios Conduct renewal analysis, negotiate with insurers, and develop client-ready reports and presentations Interpret experience data, forecast budgets, and evaluate financial health of benefit plans Lead marketing efforts by preparing request to quote documents, comparing costs, analyzing proposals, and presenting strategic recommendations Assess the financial impact of proposed plan design changes Create high-quality documentation to support consultants in client meetings and presentations Supporting plan design benchmarking initiatives Assisting clients during collective bargaining negotiations Facilitating carrier transitions by providing financial data to service teams Generating custom reports for consultants or clients upon request To be successful as a Business Development Analyst with People Corporation, you will need: We’re looking for a candidate who brings a strong foundation in group benefits and a passion for delivering exceptional client solutions.
