Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Manage a team focused on student registration and student retention, ensuring productivity and achievement of adult basic program goals in Workforce Education. Develop and implement strategic plans and workflows to enhance organizational performance and customer satisfaction. Manage grant funds for student tuition needs to ensure financial resources are effectively utilized for program operations. Stay informed on trends and best practices in adult education, incorporating new methods and technologies to improve processes. Utilize independent judgment while working collaboratively with team members, representing the program to stakeholders, the public, and business partners. Prioritize tasks effectively, making decisions that align with the organization’s vision, mission, and goals. Provide staff with necessary tools, resources, and materials, fostering a results-oriented and supportive work environment. Communicate effectively, demonstrating outstanding interpersonal, written, verbal, and presentation skills. Maintain compliance with district policies, procedures, and applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
