POSITION SUMMARY:
The Inventory Associate will be hardworking and adaptable in an ever-changing environment. This position supports our cleanroom compounding operations by staging infusion pumps and sodium chloride (NaCl) bags with two specified reagents, ensuring the compounding team has a consistent and organized supply of materials.
The work involves repetitive tasks and requires physical strength, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities. This role is essential to maintaining the efficiency and safety of our production environment.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Count and prepare infusion pumps and NaCl bags with designated reagents following strict protocols
Carefully inspect each pump and bag for particulate matter and physical integrity
Maintain an adequate inventory of prepped bins for use by the compounding team - both for current and upcoming weeks
Lift, move, and organize heavy containers and supplies
Respond flexibly to production changes and team needs, adjusting prep schedules as required
Follow all documentation and safety protocols meticulously
Adhering to all health and safety policies and regulations at all times
Keeping a clean and organized workspace at all times
Assisting the Compounding Team with any other tasks
Assist in receiving inventory as required
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma required
Prior experience in pharmacy, cleanroom prep, lab work, or production is preferred but not required
A positive and hardworking attitude
Strong organizational skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
A willingness to learn
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google G Suites preferred
Must be able to lift 30lbs boxes around an office environment
