We’re looking for an Operations Support Summer Student to join our all-star team. We’re looking for:
Someone who has strong organizational skills: You excel at managing multiple tasks simultaneously, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring that information remains structured and easily accessible.
A people person: We need someone who’s a natural when it comes to building relationships—whether it's with customers, teammates, or anyone else you work with. You know how to connect, listen, and make people feel heard, especially when things get tough.
A communication pro: You excel at facilitating smooth team interactions by presenting information clearly and professionally.
Someone who has excellent attention to detail: You consistently ensure accuracy in all aspects of your work, including documentation, schedules, and turnaround preparation materials. Your careful review and thoroughness minimize errors and contribute to reliable, high-quality outcomes.
Flexible mindset: You’re curious and flexible - the Swiss Army knife of capabilities. You thrive in situations where there isn’t always a playbook and love coming up with creative ways to tackle challenges.
What you’ll do:
Here is a sample of what your workdays may look like:
Perform documentation cleanup and prepare materials for internal use and reporting.
Develop and maintain spreadsheets to support data analysis and reporting needs.
Validate, organize, and ensure accuracy of data across multiple systems.
Coordinate and facilitate cross-team communication between Measurement, Stations, and Pipeline groups.
Support additional administrative and analytical tasks as required.

Required
Enrolled in a degree or diploma post-secondary program.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Reliable transportation to and from the work site.
Preferred
Candidates residing in or near Fort St. John, BC, due to the on-site nature of the role.

Salary Range:
$43,680 - $60,320. Final compensation for this position will be determined based on the student's field and year of study.
