POSITION DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a Channel Manager to expand our presence across dealership associations, automotive consultants, vendor ecosystems, BDC and marketing agencies, and other strategic referral partners. This role is ideal for someone with an
extensive automotive network, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to develop valuable partnerships that drive meaningful introductions and revenue growth. You will serve as a key connector between our organization and the broader automotive ecosystem.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Leverage an existing automotive network to identify and initiate new partnership opportunities.
· Build referral relationships with dealership associations, automotive consultants, fixed operations leaders, SaaS vendors, marketing and BDC agencies, and automotive influencers.
· Present partnership value propositions and secure referral agreements.
· Maintain and grow a pipeline of qualified channel partners.
· Onboard new partners with messaging, collateral, training material, and support resources.
· Deliver product demos tailored to partner audiences and dealership needs.
· Host webinars, training sessions, and partner enablement meetings.
· Provide partners with co-branded materials, marketing assets, and ongoing support to keep them actively referring.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with dealership association leaders.
· Support vendor applications, endorsements, and partnership structures for associations.
· Coordinate participation in expos, conferences, and automotive association events.
· Collaborate with Sales to route, track, and follow up on partner-generated leads.
· Work with Marketing to develop partner toolkits, presentations, and co-marketing content.
· Share partner and association insights with Product and go-to-market teams.
· Track all partnership activity, referrals, and engagement in HubSpot.
· Maintain accurate CRM documentation and provide regular updates on pipeline and performance.
· A large, active automotive network across associations, consultants, vendor ecosystems, BDC agencies, dealer groups, and industry influencers.
· 3+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, automotive vendor sales, or association relations.
· Experience with referral agreements or channel-driven partnerships.
· Strong understanding of dealership operations and the automotive technology ecosystem.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
· CRM experience, ideally HubSpot.
· Based in Montréal with the ability to work 2–3 days per week in office (Hybrid).
ADDITIONAL or PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bilingual English/French.
· Experience working with dealership associations or industry groups.
· Background in automotive SaaS, fixed operations, or communications tools.
· Experience running partner webinars or co-marketing campaigns.
· Familiarity with AI, call automation, or automotive software tools
