Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to coordinate and execute core administrative tasks. This role focuses on delivering high-quality administrative assistance, managing multiple priorities, and maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times. The successful candidate will help ensure smooth day-to-day operations and contribute to internal engagement initiatives across the organization.
Hours of work: Part-time (Tuesday-Thursday 8:00AM-4:30PM) – In Office
Duties & Responsibilities
Provide administrative and operational support such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing documents and resources
Prepare agendas, documents, and handle logistics for meetings
Coordinate travel bookings and itineraries for corporate travel requirements
Prepare and submit expense reports and credit card reconciliations for corporate expenses
Administer company policies and procedures, such as travel and gift card programs
Oversee the Company-Branded Items Program to support customer and employee engagement
Assist the commercial team with complex travel logistics
Lead the Employee Engagement Committee and organize internal events
Handle confidential documents and communications with discretion
Create presentations and reports using Microsoft 365 tools
Provide general administrative support including mailing, sorting, filing, and preparing sales presentations
Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed
Qualifications & Educational Requirements
1–3 years of experience providing administrative support in a professional setting
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and Word
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Adaptable and proactive with a solution-oriented mindset
