Job Description What is the opportunity? To manage the end to end process of email development including HTML and AMPscript coding and testing. The HTML Email Developer is also responsible for being a subject matter expert on email marketing best practices and has proven project management skills. What will you do? Developing HTML emails to meet channel best practices for viewing across multiple platforms and mobile devices Coordination of the end-to-end email production process including deployment of emails ensuring that deadlines are met and emails are created and sent without error Be a subject matter expert on channel best practices including optimization tactics; expert knowledge of CASL regulations as well as digital accessibility standards Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast paced environment Continuously monitor industry trends, technologies, and standards with respect to email development and online marketing and be able to research, recommend, and apply/roll out new technologies as they emerge Assist with audit of SFMC instance including current and past email content Build HTML / CSS responsive templates and content blocks in SFMC as well as personalised dynamic content blocks using AMPscript QA, testing & troubleshooting email content, automations, audiences, journeys and implement practises to ensure continued database hygienes What do you need to succeed? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 5+ years of email marketing experience using marketing platforms including SalesForce Marketing Cloud Strong knowledge AMPscript coding and design skills Knowledge of computer graphics packages such as Dreamweaver or VS Code, Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator. HTML coding, CSS, AMPscript, JavaScript Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast paced environment Excellent knowledge of email campaign performance metrics Nice-to-have: Knowledge of email CASL laws What is in it for you?
