Responsibility for the Manure product portfolio within the Farm Technologies Division Take ownership for order intake, sales, P&L from conception to phase out Lead a team of product managers, owners and specialists to take ownership and responsibility to drive projects Communicate product line management strategies to the upper management Identify individual strengths in within your team and develop career and personal development Highlight product values and create sales pitch (incl. product presentations & trainings) Implementation of new concepts & business models around products Competitor analysis and market intelligence – close steering of market share development Target break down and ambition level by product line and tracking, monitoring and reporting of product sales Monitor & track market requirement to fulfill MS growth targets Identify products & market for sales push & campaign design Responsibility for product pricing and product margin University degree in Agriculture, Business development and/or marketing would be suitable or comparable If no formal degree, then proven experience (3 years experience in a leadership position within the agricultural sector, specializing in sales or product management) Experience in change processes and fast changing organizations Proven background in managing global teams Professional experience in enacting change within a matrix organization Communication, leadership and accountability Proven “can do” attitude to go beyond the regular scope of responsibilities Ability to use own initiative Willingness to travel worldwide Fluent in English (French and German would be a benefit) GEA is one of the largest suppliers of process technology for the food industry and a wide range of other industries.
