For decades, our organization has partnered with more than 40,000 labor unions and member-based groups across North America. Millions of members rely on us for permanent benefits that continue beyond retirement.
Members request their benefit reviews, so representatives focus on helping, educating, and guiding—not cold-calling.
Daily responsibilities include:
Handling inbound and outbound calls
Scheduling and confirming appointments
Running simple virtual presentations via Zoom
Completing digital forms and paperwork
Providing follow-up and ongoing support
Helping members understand their available benefit programs

Qualifications
Strong communication and time-management skills

High school diploma or equivalent
