Eighteen (18) months experience in building/institutional maintenance
Education
Building Systems Technician certificate
Licenses
Valid Class 5 driver's license
Boiler Operator License issued pursuant to Boiler & Pressure Vessels Safety Act
Power Engineering License pursuant to the Boiler & Pressure Vessels Safety Act
Other Education and Training
Fireman Boiler Operator certificate or
as required by the Boiler and Pressure Vessels Safety Act
5th Class Engineering certificate, as required by the
