Job Overview:
Support change management initiatives in planning and execution across departments with the goal of enabling employees and the organization to adapt to change and sustain change outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Director, Change Management in planning and execution of change initiatives across departments.
Collaborate with project teams to embed change management practices into project delivery.
Track and report on change progress, adoption metrics, and feedback.
Help develop communication and engagement strategies to support change adoption.

The Recipe for Success:
2-5 years of change management related experience
College or university degree. Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, Business, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools such as Monday.com, JIRA
Experience using Prosci – big plus!
