You will regularly review analytics to understand engagement patterns, help test small improvements, and recommend adjustments that increase open rates, click-through rates, or online conversion.
What You Bring

You have experience with CRM, direct email marketing, SMS, and eCommerce. For example, Salesforce, Blackbaud, Omatic, Microsoft Automate, Mailchimp SMS, ClickSend, Shopify, Square, or similar platforms. Shopify experience is essential, as a significant portion of this role involves managing and maintaining CKUA’s online store.
You understand list management, segmentation, and opt-in workflows, and you approach data accuracy with care. You are organized in how you manage digital assets and documentation, and you have experience coordinating with external vendors or technical partners.
You may also have expertise with HTML or WordPress, or have worked with newsletter triggers, or digital automations. You bring curiosity to analytics, as someone who can see trends and help interpret what might improve a user’s experience.
Even if you are not a developer, you are comfortable learning how systems connect and collaborating with others to resolve integration issues when needed. You are comfortable learning how systems connect and collaborating with others to resolve integration issues.
Your background may include work in not-for-profit environments, eCommerce operations, digital communications, marketing operations, or similar roles. Formal education is welcome, but lived and practical experience are equally valued.
