What We Offer
Interfor offers a competitive salary based on experience, skills, and qualifications, with an expected range of $110,000 – $125,000 (CAD) per year. We’re committed to creating careers where employees can contribute, grow, and thrive. In addition to base pay, you’ll enjoy:

Highlights of the Role
Safety Leadership: Lead and supervise the maintenance crew, ensuring a safe working environment.
Operational Efficiency: Oversee and optimize maintenance activities using CMMS.
Quality Assurance: Ensure equipment reliability through planning and troubleshooting.
Personnel Management: Manage hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
Project Coordination: Coordinate maintenance projects and budgets.
What You Offer
Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership, organizational, and teamwork skills.
Detail-Oriented: Results-driven and able to prioritize under pressure.
Industrial Experience: 3–5 years in industrial maintenance; wood products and supervision preferred.
Technical Qualifications: Post-secondary education or journeyman certification is an asset.
Tech-Savvy & Safety Knowledge: Proficiency with CMMS/computer applications; safety regulations knowledge.
