We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Success Sales Support and National Account Manager to support the Customer Success team and ensure smooth execution of sales-related processes and customer initiatives. This role is critical in managing sales documentation, coordinating with key internal teams—including Sales, Finance, and Operations—and providing administrative and customer support that drives business results.
They will also oversee the Subcontractor National Accounts Coordinators, offering guidance, support, and ongoing performance coaching.
Additionally, this role will support the development of reporting in Revenue IO and Salesforce (SFDC) to enhance visibility, improve information flow, and remove operational bottlenecks, enabling the team to achieve departmental KPIs and broader business objectives.

What you’ll do
Sales & Documentation Support
Prepare, organize, and maintain accurate sales documentation, including quotes, contract changes (adds/reductions), and agreements.
Ensure timely distribution, tracking, and retrieval of proposals, contracts, and related documents.
Support sales teams on major opportunities and collaborate with Operations on site surveys to ensure accuracy.
Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring all customer and sales data is accurate and current.
Assist in quarterly audits of opportunities to verify all supporting documentation.
Customer & Internal Support
Respond to inquiries from national and large property management accounts, providing product/service information and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Coordinate meetings, calls, and follow-up communication between Sales, Customer Success, Operations, and clients.
Support onboarding and documentation setup for new customers.
Foster a collaborative, customer-focused culture across the team.
Team Leadership & Administrative Support
Lead and mentor Subcontractor National Accounts Coordinators, providing coaching and performance feedback.
Support the onboarding and training of newly hired sales team members.
Collaborate with Finance to support accurate and timely invoicing and payment follow-ups.
Provide high-level administrative support to sales and marketing teams as needed.
What you’ll bring
Proven experience as a Sales Administrator, Sales Coordinator, or similar administrative role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Professional demeanor with a high commitment to customer service excellence.
Skilled in managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to develop a high-performing team.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. (preferred)
Experience within service, facilities management, or a related industry. (preferred)
